When you buy a machine from Ishida, you can rely on our full support from day one. Our machines have a worldwide reputation for reliability, but like all machines they require planned and structured maintenance to ensure optimum performance. A partner, not just a supplier, we offer a full range of aftersales services; including a choice of flexible service contracts that are tailored to meet your business needs and your budget

How We Support You
Wherever you are, whatever you need, expert support is never more than a phone call away. Our Helpdesks are manned by experienced technical support staff with industry-leading remote diagnosis technology at their fingertips. Our strong team of experienced field engineers provides a range of services for individual machines and full lines. From fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, installation, commissioning and optimisation, to calibration and critical machine surveys.

Modifications
When it comes to weighing, packing and control equipment, even small changes can make a big difference. Our specialist Aftersales Engineering Support team can make applicable post-sale modifications to all types of Ishida equipment. Common modifications include software enhancements, conveyor changes, updated reject systems and new hopper and contact parts. Many more are available on request.

Repairs
Ishida equipment is renowned for its reliability, but no machine is infallible, especially when it’s in constant use. Our specialist Repair Centre in Bangkok, Thailand. completes repairs on a wide range of components, including drive weigh units, printed circuit boards and remote-control units. A full quote is provided before any work is undertaken, and all work is carried out in the shortest possible timeframe. This includes same-day turnaround for urgent jobs (subject to parts availability).

Spare Parts

Genuine Ishida parts and accessories make the difference when it comes to maintaining the speed, accuracy and efficiency of your machines. The office and warehouse in Bangkok Thailand provides timely replacement spare parts and components. All parts and components are available to order on working hour, with most parts and components available for next day delivery.

Preventative maintenance contract

Our service contracts provide exceptional value and support your business. They are designed to maximize machine performance while allowing you to keep costs down. Service contracts range from standard to comprehensive inspection contracts. Includes everything from routine inspection trips, machine calibration and condition reports, to phone support and advanced warranty on your machine.
